Your reservation deposit should be refunded to your account within 3-5 business days. If you run into any issues, please contact Bar Bella at (217) 726-6500 or BarBellaSpringfield@gmail.com. -

Of course! While we encourage reservations for the igloos, our bar is open and available for walk-ins and guests.

You are welcome to bring your own food and snacks into the igloos!
However, coolers and outside beverages are not permitted. Any outside drinks will need to be disposed of or returned to your vehicle. -
We have a strict No Smoking of any kind (yes, that kind too) policy in our igloos.
Please refrain from smoking out of respect for the guests who have the reservation after you. -
We love kids! You’ll see ours running around plenty. But Bar Bella is first and foremost an adult establishment.
All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, and should never be left unattended in an igloo.
